What is the Big & Bold program?

Big & Bold (B&B) is based on the Big & Bold book by Morit Summers. It is perfect for the beginner to novice person who wants to learn to train with dumbbells and kettlebells. The program is built with a lot of leeway for reps and exercise modifications so you can progress at your own pace. B&B is perfect for those who just finished Fit at Every Size 1 or 2.

While the book is focused on plus-sized women, this program is excellent for any beginner–man, woman, or other–of any age.
